Managing a passenger train

摘要

On a passenger train there are several passengers who can send messages to a social media service. A method for operating the passenger train comprises steps of retrieving the messages, determining, from contents of the messages, a degree of contentment of the passengers, determining performance of a technical service brought to the passengers and relating the determined degree with the determined performance.
