In the present invention, there is disclosed a flooring assembly formed by layers of impact and noise insulation, wherein cement-bonded fiberboards form at least one layer of the flooring assembly. En elastic foil (7) is situated on the ceiling and at least three layers of cement-bonded fiberboards (3) are laid thereon. The cement-bonded fiberboards (3) in adjoining layers are angularly displaced by 90 degrees about the vertical axis relative to each other, wherein impact insulation (2) is laid on the upper layer of the cement-bonded fiberboards (3) and other flooring layers are then laid thereon. The flooring assembly is performed in such a manner that at least three layers of cement-bonded fiberboards (3) are laid on the upper side of the deck on an elastic foil (7) or a layer of an impact insulation, wherein cement-bonded fiberboards (3) are laid such that the fiberboards (3) in the adjoining layers are angularly displaced by 90 degrees about the vertical axis relative to each other. For preventing mechanical shift, the cement-bonded fiberboards (3) are separated from walls by elastic pads, whereupon other layers of the flooring assembly are laid on the upper layer of the cement-bonded fiberboards (3).
