<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of calculation of an intake amount during a transient period of acceleration or deceleration. <P>SOLUTION: A value indicating the intake amount filled in a cylinder 1 is obtained iteratively via a sensor. A moderating amount is determined on the basis of the opening of a throttle valve 33 and the largeness of variation of the opening. The intake amount filled in the cylinder is calculated through a moderating process according to the moderating amount in time series of the intake amount. The moderating amount is set smaller as the opening of the throttle valve gets smaller while the moderating amount is set smaller as the variation of the opening of the throttle valve gets smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
