<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fishing footwear 1 effectively draining water intruding into the footwear. <P>SOLUTION: The fishing footwear 1 includes an upper 2, a midsole 3, an outsole 5 disposed under the midsole 3; a hook-and-loop fastener tapes 4 mounted to opposite surfaces of the midsole 3 and outsole 5 and attachable to and detachable from each other. The midsole 3 and the hook-and-loop fastener tape mounted to the midsole 3 are formed with draining through-holes 15. A gap 16 is consequently formed between a hook surface 13 and a loop surface 14 of the hook-and-loop fastener tapes 4 between the midsole 3 and the outsole 5.
