摘要 The present invention aims to provide a radiation detector having a moisture-proof structure of higher reliability. The radiation detector 11 of the present invention comprises: an array substrate 12 of a photoelectric conversion element layer disposed on a glass substrate 16 with its surface arranged with photoelectric conversion elements for converting fluorescent light into an electrical signal, a scintillator film 13 for converting radiation ray into fluorescent light arranged in a manner of covering the photoelectric conversion element layer, a moisture-proof body 15, and a bonding layer 40. The moisture-proof body 15 has a top plate portion 51 and an inclined surface portion 52 for covering the scintillator film 13, and a flange portion 50 for surrounding while being opposite to the array substrate. The flange portion 50 of the moisture-proof body 15 is bonded to the array substrate through the bonding layer 40. Burrs 53 formed during processing the outer edge of the moisture-proof body 15 are arranged in the direction facing away from the array substrate 12.
