摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI apparatus capable of accurately determining the rupture risk of an aneurysm in a simplified manner.SOLUTION: An MRI apparatus performs predetermined MRI photographing on a subject's diagnostic object site including an aneurysm to collect three-dimensional morphological data and three-dimensional flow rate data. A contour extraction unit 15 extracts contours of the aneurysm on the basis of the three-dimensional morphological data, and a shear stress measurement unit 16 measures a shear stress in an inner wall of the aneurysm on the basis of the three-dimensional flow rate data. Then, a parameter calculation unit 17 calculates various diagnostic parameters on the basis of the contour information and shear stress measurement results for the aneurysm, and a rupture risk determination unit 18 and a high risk site detection unit 19 compare the diagnostic parameters with predetermined threshold values to determine the rupture risk of the aneurysm and detect the position of a high-risk site of the aneurysm. A display unit 20 adds the positional information of the high-risk site and the results of determination of the rupture risk to three-dimensional image data generated using the three-dimensional morphological data for display on its own monitor.
