A stationery tag or treasury tag 10 for connecting together a bundle 20 of sheets of paper or the like having a hole 25 punched is made of a rigid plastics material and comprises a pair of rigid elongate cross bars 14 connected together at intermediate points between their ends by a longer, flexible stem 12. The cross bars having a length of at least 1cm and the stem having a length of at least 2cm. The tag is preferably injection moulded from a thermoplastic material, the point of injection preferably corresponding to the approximate mid-point of the stem, thereby imparting a slight weakening at that point. There is also disclosed a method of making a stationery tag 10, comprising a pair of cross bars 14 connected together by stem 12, by injection moulding, where the point of injection corresponds to a point spaced from both cross bars. |
