FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a traumatology and orthopedics. External surgical approach to head of radial bone is conducted, at same time through channel for retainer through neck of radial bone towards ulnar bone is formed. Introduced into ulnar bone through formed canal anchor holder, threads of which is discharged from both sides from neck of radial bone and tightened together to form double loop holding head of radial bone in set position. In particular, in Montedzi fracture dislocations with intact neck of radial bone screw anchor fixture is introduced into ulnar bone after closed reduction of dislocation or incomplete dislocation of head of radial bone. At comminuted fracture dislocations head and neck of radial bone of Mason III and Mason IV types because of grounds for performing osteosynthesis or replacement of head of radial bone first installation of anchor holder, and then osteosynthesis or endoprosthesis head of radial bone, its reposition and formation of ring ligament from threads of anchor fixture.EFFECT: method allows stable and reliable fixation of head of radial bone, providing primary axial and rotational stability in humeroredial and radioulnar joints, restoring natural physiological elbow joint, avoiding additional muscular tissue injuries, considerably reducing length of operation.3 cl, 4 dwg |
