Provided is a magnetic circuit with a variable magnetic flux having a magnet arrangement structure highly efficient in broad rotary ranges of high speed and low speed through magnetizing and demagnetizing processes of a variable magnet capable of varying the magnetic flux. The magnetic circuit with the variable magnetic flux includes: a stator having a stator core with a plurality of winding parts arranged at a regular interval, and a plurality of coils wound around the multiple winding parts, respectively, wherein currents having mutually different phases flow in each of the multiple coils in accordance with an arrangement order of the multiple winding parts; and a rotor having a plurality of permanent magnets arranged at a regular interval to magnetically interact with the multiple coils. At least one of the permanent magnets arranged on a coil having the current of one phase from among the coils having currents of mutually different phases, or arranged in a center of a winding part around which the coil having the current of one phase is wound, and at least one of the permanent magnets arranged at mutually neighboring coils having currents of two other phases different from the coil having the current of one phase, or arranged in a center between winding parts wound with the mutually neighboring coils having the currents of two other phases are variable permanent magnets having a coercivity, capable of varying magnetization amount of the variable permanent magnet. |
