摘要 The present invention relates to a vehicular and industrial touch panel capable of preventing an erroneous touch operation by employing both of a conventional capacitive touch scheme and a resistive touch scheme. The vehicular and industrial touch panel includes: a cover window; a transparent substrate having electrode patterns formed on both top and bottom surfaces; and an adhesive layer which bonds the cover window to one surface of the transparent substrate. The adhesive layer includes an acrylic or silicone-based optical clear adhesive (OCA) film having a predetermined thickness and predetermined elasticity. Accordingly, the variation in capacitance resulting from the variation in a distance between electrodes of the touch panel is recognized, so a touch can be more precisely recognized. The vehicular and industrial touch panel can be effectively applied to a vehicle, medical equipment, or various industrial devices requiring accurate touch operation. In addition, a sensing threshold value is adjusted, so a pressure-sensitive capacitive touch scheme according to the present invention as well as a conventional capacitive touch scheme can be realized.
