The present invention relates to a heat treating and anti-carburizing unit of a metal part and an anti-carburizing method using the same. The anti-carburizing unit, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an airtight ring member (100) which is formed in a shape corresponding to the boundary part of a part for preventing a metal part from being carburized and nitride and a part for carburizing or nitriding heat treatment; a sealing layer (200) which is formed by spreading an anti-carburizing paint to the inner side of the airtight ring member (100) and allowing the anti-carburizing paint to adhere to the surface of the metal part coupled to the airtight ring member (100) to maintain air-tightness; and an airtight cap member (300) of which one side open to the inner side of the airtight ring member (100) and the outer circumference come in contact with the sealing layer (200) to be air-tightly coupled to the sealing layer (200). Thus, the present invention reduces a washing process for spreading the anti-carburizing paint. |
