PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic image processor capable of excellently handling images having different photographing conditions.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic image processor has a control part 50 for acquiring an ocular fundus front image photographed by at least one fundus photographing apparatus. The control part 50 acquires a first ocular fundus front image (for example, an infrared image) photographed by light of a first photographing condition, and a second ocular fundus front image (for example, a fluorescent image) photographed by light of a photographing condition different from the first photographing condition, the second ocular fundus front image being photographed in association with the first ocular fundus front image. Then, the control part 50 detects a positional deviation between second ocular fundus front images photographed at different timing on the basis of a positional deviation between respective first ocular fundus front images corresponding to the second ocular fundus front images, the positional deviation being a first positional deviation calculated by image processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
