PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a current variation between columns, which is a cause of streaking.SOLUTION: A signal activation processing part 39 activates a logic part 38 in a saturation region of a pixel signal by processing the pixel signal so as to reduce a saturation degree of the pixel signal output from an AD conversion part 23, and reduces a finite difference between a consumed current of the logic part 38 in a saturation region PS and a consumed current of the logic part 38 in a non-saturation region NS.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
