The present invention relates to a device for preventing snow from laying on a banister and, more specifically, to a device for preventing snow from laying on a banister, capable of stably preventing the snow from laying on the upper surface of the banister and having a space in the upper part of the banister in case of an emergency such as fire so that a user can easily escape to the outside of the banister using an emergency rope installed in the banister. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the device for preventing snow from laying on a banister comprises: a first installation unit installed at the edge on one side of the upper surface of the banister of a building; a second installation unit installed at the edge on the other side of the upper surface of the banister; a first prevention member hinged to a first hinge unit formed at the first installation unit; and a second prevention member connected to an end of the first prevention member and hinged to a second hinge unit formed in the second installation unit. |
