PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the hysteresis property of frequency temperature characteristics of the crystal oscillator with a structure formed from mutual jointed terminals through joint material by layering a surface packaging type crystal vibrator internally capsuling a crystal piece in a ceramic container and a packaging substrate with electronic components packaged.SOLUTION: A surface packaging type crystal oscillator 20 and a packaging substrate 40 comprised of a ceramic substrate 41 with electronic components 43a-43c packaged, such as an IC and a capacitor, are layered and terminals 33, 45 are connected with each other using silicone conductive adhesive 50 which is conductive material with a Young's modulus of not higher than 0.5 GPa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
