PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base sequence detection chip in which sending of air bubbles to a flow channel on an electrode can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A base sequence detection chip of this embodiment comprises: a plurality of electrode groups separately arrayed on a substrate from each other, in which each electrode group has a plurality of separately arranged first electrodes; probes which are provided corresponding to each first electrode, fixed to a corresponding first electrode, and have a base sequence; and a cover member which is provided on the substrate so as to cover the plurality of electrode groups along an array direction of the plurality of electrode groups, forms a flow channel together with the substrate, and has an inlet into which reagent flows and an outlet from which the reagent having passed the flow channel flows out, in which the first electrode closest to the inlet is provided at a position remote from the inlet by 2.0 times or more the width of the flow channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
