PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a power conversion device for system interconnection capable of attaining further system stabilization by suppressing output current fluctuation and vibrations in transient fluctuation of a system.SOLUTION: A phase fluctuation amount Δθ that is phase information θ1 at a present time point and a comparative phase θ3 integer multiple cycles before the present time point is calculated and in accordance with a comparison result of the phase fluctuation amount Δθ and determination values θd1 and θd2, a correction value is superposed on the phase fluctuation amount Δθ, thereby calculating a phase fluctuation amount Δθa. When the phase fluctuation amount Δθa is equal to or greater than a determination value θe, an H-level detection signal S3 is generated and on the basis of the H-level detection signal S3, an H-level switching signal S4 is generated. When the switching signal S4 becomes H level, phase information θ4 outputted from a phase information holding part 80 holding phase information at normal time before the generation of the switching signal S4 at the H level is outputted as phase information θ2.
