PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support for efficient increase in order acceptance, sales, and the like of work such as maintenance.SOLUTION: A sales work support system constructs an order acceptance probability calculation model for calculating an order acceptance probability of maintenance work from an estimated operation result and sales planning related to a maintenance object. Further the sales work support system provides the order acceptance probability calculation model with the estimated operation result and sales planning within a prescribed period for each maintenance object to calculate the order acceptance probability within the prescribed period. Furthermore the sales work support system outputs priority of sales activities related to the maintenance work according to the calculated order acceptance probability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
