PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the volume of light penetrating through an isolating layer formed on an electrode in a light emitting device.SOLUTION: A first electrode 110 is a translucent electrode, and a second electrode 130 is a light shielding electrode and at least partially overlaps with the first electrode 110. An organic layer 120 is positioned between the first electrode 110 and the second electrode 130. An insulating film 150 covers an edge of the first electrode 110. At least part of the insulating film 150 is not covered by the second electrode 130. A conductive part 170 is formed in an area of the first electrode 110 which is covered by the insulating film 150. The conductive part 170 is, for example, an auxiliary electrode of the first electrode 110 and contacts with the first electrode 110. The conductive part 170 has a structure in which a second layer 174 is laminated on a first layer 172. An end part of the first layer 172 is positioned closer to the center side of the conductive part 170 than an end part of the second layer 174 in a width direction of the conductive part 170.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
