PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in measurement precision by suppressing contamination at a sensing part and in a flow passage.SOLUTION: An region where variation in refractive index caused nearby a boundary face 9 is formed as a sensing part 10 at part of a bottom face of a flow passage 4, and a titanium oxide thin film 11 is formed as a thin film of a material which hardly adsorbs biological molecules in a region, other than the sensing part 10, of the bottom face of the flow passage 4. Consequently, the amount of biological molecules adsorbed by the bottom face of the flow passage 4 decreases and a thickness of biological molecules and a coagulation stacked on the bottom face of the flow passage 4 becomes thin to suppress contamination in the flow passage 4 and then to suppress contamination at the sensing part 10, so that a measurement result with stable precision can be obtained even when coagulation ability for blood is measured repeatedly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
