An embodiment of the present invention relates to a low power broadband asynchronous binary phase shift keying (BPSK) modulating method and a configuration of a circuit thereof. Provided is the low power broadband asynchronous BPSK modulating circuit which comprises: a sideband digital separating unit; a lower sideband positive phase signal delay and phase detection clock unit; a lower sideband negative phase signal delay and phase detection clock unit; a data demodulating unit; and a data clock restoring unit.
