PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual polishing grinder specialized for the turbine blade of a power generator or a jet engine, a grinding and polishing method for executing manual polishing while managing the temperature of the turbine blade, and the novel technology of this polishing grinder.SOLUTION: The manual polishing grinder includes a cover body K for covering a polishing machine 1, a fluid supply machine 10 for ejecting a cooling fluid O from the inside of the grindstone 3 and the polishing buff 4 of the polishing machine to the ground surface B1 and the polished surface B2 of a turbine blade B, a dust collector 11 for discharging dusts in the cover body, a radiation thermometer ST for issuing an alarm when the temperature of the ground surface or the polished surface exceeds a set temperature, a cooling base 12 for forcibly cooling the turbine blade exceeding the set temperature, and the alarm 13 of the turbine blade cooled to the set temperature or lower at the cooling base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
