PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable substrate including a stretch resistant part capable of suppressing exfoliation from a base material, and to provide a circuit board including the same.SOLUTION: A stretchable substrate 20 includes a stretchable base material 21, and an island 30 embedded in the base material 21, and relatively harder than the base material 21. The island 30 has a first through hole 33 penetrating the third and fourth principal surfaces 31, 32 thereof, the base material 21 has a coating 24 covering at least one of the third and fourth principal surfaces 31, 32, and the base material 21 fills the first through hole 33 at least partially so as to come into contact with the inner surface thereof, when a portion of the coating 24 projects.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
