PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film forming composition capable of forming a coating film having high water repellency and excellent stain resistance without containing a linear perfluoroalkyl group having 8 or more carbon atoms which is problematic in terms of bioaccumulation or environmental adaptability.SOLUTION: There is selected a coating film forming composition which comprises a fluorine-containing silane compound having a perfluoroamine structure, a hydrolysate of a silicon alkoxide and an organic solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
