PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device that supplies a developer while conveying the developer to a holding member that holds the developer, in which the developing device suppresses reduction of a supply amount of the developer to a holding member in comparison with a configuration having a tabular part extending from a conveying vane to an upstream side in the conveying direction.SOLUTION: A developing device 100 comprises: a first agitation chamber 112 equipped with a partition wall 102B provided from an inflow port 118 to an outflow port 119; a conveyance member 106 for conveying a developer G in the first agitation chamber 112; and a first paddle 107A provided in the conveyance member 106. At least one of the first paddle 107A is provided in the conveyance member 106 facing the downstream side end in the direction +Z of the partition wall 102B, extending from the first blade part 106B of the conveyance member 106 toward the downstream side in the direction +Z. As the developer G on the mainly conveyed one pitch upstream side is retained by the first paddle 107A in the developing device 100, it is possible to suppress reduction of a supply amount of the developer G to a developing roll 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
