PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite-based carbon material from which graphene is easily peeled off when used as a precursor, with which a graphene dispersion with high concentration is easily obtained, and which is used as a graphene precursor.SOLUTION: A graphite-based carbon material, used as a graphene precursor, has Rate(3R), a rate defined by following (formula 1) according to the X-ray diffraction method, of 31% or more. Rate(3R)=P3/(P3+P4)×100 (formula 1). Here, P3 is a peak intensity of a (101) plane of a rhombohedral graphite layer (3R) according to the X-ray diffraction method, and P4 is a peak intensity of the (101) plane of a hexagonal graphite layer (2H) according to the X-ray diffraction method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
