PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite material which secures excellent adhesive strength without complicated pretreatment after molding, suppresses an increase in a manufacturing cost, and facilitates quality control; an apparatus for manufacturing a composite material; and a composite material.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a composite material includes: a step (step S11) of arranging a carbon fiber in a preform molding apparatus; a step (step S12) of preform molding the carbon fiber and forming a masking portion; a step (step S13) of arranging the preformed carbon fiber in a cavity of a molding die; a step (step S14) of injecting a resin into the cavity; a step (step S15) of curing a resin in a site other then the masking portion while cooling the masking portion of the carbon fiber; a step (step S16) of removing the molded composite material from the molding die; a step (step S17) of removing a masking material from the composite material; a step (step S18) of applying an adhesive to an unimpregnated portion of the resin of the composite material; and a step (step S19) of bonding the composite material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
