A broadcast signal transmission apparatus, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a receiver receiving a broadcast signal; a demodulator demodulating the received broadcast signal on the basis of an OFDM method; a frame parser parsing a signal frame from the demodulated broadcast signal, wherein the signal frame comprises at least one or more service data; a time deinterleaver time-deinterleaving the at least one or more service data on the basis of a deinterleaving method; a demapper demapping the time-deinterleaved service data; and a decoder decoding the demapped service data, wherein the time-deinterleaving method may comprise at least one of a cell deinterleaving method, a block deinterleaving method, and a convolutional deinterleaving method.
