PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a eukaryotic cell proliferation method which efficiently proliferates eukaryotic cells using plasma, and to provide a eukaryotic cell production method.SOLUTION: A eukaryotic cell proliferation method has a radical irradiation process in which eukaryotic cells are irradiated with radicals. In the radical irradiation process, at a radical dose less than the predetermined first dose, the eukaryotic cells are irradiated with radicals and proliferated, wherein the radicals radiated are triplet oxygen atoms and singlet oxygen molecules.
