PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry cooling device capable of lowering temperature around a person, and also lowering humidity.SOLUTION: A dry cooling ventilation fan comprises: a heat insulation inner basket 9 charged with a plurality of cold insulation bulbs 18; a heat shielding container 1 mounted with a waveform dryer 21 and moisture absorbent-containing plates 2, 23 installed under the waveform dryer 21 and capable of being taken in or out; and a ventilation fan 31 laid at the upper end of the heat shielding container 1. Indoor air is cooled with the cold insulation bulbs 18; the cold air is dehumidified (dried) with a non-heating moisture absorbent 14, and further dried with the waveform dryer 21; and the ventilation fan 31 performs dry cooling for each indoor specific room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
