PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in which an appropriate RACH-less handover control is achieved.SOLUTION: A user device of the present invention comprises: a transmission/reception section which communicates with a base station through a cell; and a handover control section which stops a TA (Timing Advance) timer in response to a handover instruction from the base station, and starts handover to a target cell. When the handover instruction is a RACH-less handover instruction, the handover control section executes RACH-less handover to the target cell by transmitting a scheduling request to the target cell regardless of an operation state of the TA timer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
