PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for culturing cells and forming a three-dimensional tissue.SOLUTION: The invention provides a cell culture method comprising culturing cells, using a substrate of which at least one portion of one surface is constituted by a resin composition containing fluorine-containing polyimide, and in which oxygen gas permeability is 219 cm(STP)/(m24 h atm) or more, in a condition that cells and a culture medium are contacted with the one surface of the substrate, and the surface of another side of the substrate is contacted with oxygen-containing gas, such as air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
