PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair shampoo by which a flexible and moist finish can be given without feeling stickiness and heaviness.SOLUTION: The invention provides a hair shampoo containing N-acyl sarcosine salt, a betaine based-amphoteric surfactant, and an extract obtained from the fermented Poaceae plant fruit.
