The invention relates to a device and to method for driving a drive train (1) of variable-rotational-speed working machines (30), said device comprising a drive (5), which runs in a constant manner, and a rotational-speed-variable high-gear-ratio gearing as a superposition gearing (10), which has an input branch (11), an output branch (12), and a control branch (15) having control machines (20) that can be connected, wherein the drive train (1) is started up by locking the output branch (12) by means of a braking apparatus (25) in the output branch (12) or by means of a locking apparatus (26) of the working machine or by means of the working machine (30) itself for the start-up of the drive (5) and, after the drive (5) has been connected, the locking of the output branch (12) for the start-up is removed and the working machine (30) is operated, wherein there is always a rotational speed zero crossing of the control branch (15) during the start-up of the working machine (30) and during operation of the working machine (30) in the operating range. |
