摘要 The present invention relates to a hoist coil brake structure capable of conveniently controlling a driving shaft of a motor, which is configured to enable a wire drum to rotate, without any complicated configuration and without any unnecessary increase in cost, thereby guaranteeing safe and efficient hoist use. The present invention provides a hoist comprising: a wire drum configured such that a rope is wound around the outer peripheral surface thereof; a motor rotatably connected to the wire drum via a driving shaft; a coil brake having a compression spring, which is constrained according to rotation of the driving shaft of the motor, and an electromagnet, thereby constraining the driving shaft according to rotation of the motor; and a friction disk for braking rotation of the wire drum by means of a compression force resulting from a play of the coil brake, wherein a fixing housing is installed on the outside of the driving shaft so as to guide and protect rotation of the driving shaft, and the coil brake comprises a coil body, which is installed to surround the outside of the fixing housing, and a coil wound around the outside of the coil body so as to control driving of the compression spring according to supply of power from the outside. The present invention, which is configured as above, has the following advantageous effect: firstly, when the driving shaft of the motor, which is installed to enable the wire drum to rotate, is to be controlled through the compression spring, coupling between the fixing housing, which is installed outside the driving shaft, and the coil body guarantees smooth, convenient, and efficient control of the driving shaft of the motor. Secondly, when the driving shaft of the motor is to be controlled, configurations of the coil body, which is coupled to the fixing housing, and of the coil can guarantee stable control of the driving shaft of the motor, even without any complicated mechanical configuration, thereby providing not only convenience in use but also cost saving resulting from the same, etc. Thirdly, even when any one of the coil body, which is coupled to the outside of the driving shaft, and the coil is broken, the same can be easily replaced and used, thereby providing convenience in use, reducing the time and cost of operation for installing the coil brake structure, and guaranteeing stable use. Fourthly, it is possible to secure the function of an electromagnet, which can control the compression spring, through the configuration of the coil body, which is coupled to the outside of the fixing housing, and of the coil, without any complicated mechanical configuration, thereby reducing the overall manufacturing cost, and the simple structure of the coil body and the coil, which constitute the electromagnet, enables mass production, thereby reducing the overall manufacturing cost.
