PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method in which highly accurate information on a chemical state in a sulfur-containing polymer composite material can be obtained.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method for checking a chemical state of sulfur, in which X-rays are radiated to a sulfur-containing polymer composite material via a thin film and, when the X-ray absorbed amount is measured while the energy of the X rays is changed, as the intensity of an incident X-ray, a signal from the thin film and a signal from the sulfur-containing polymer composite material are simultaneously measured using the same kinds of detectors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
