PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill which can appropriately avoid an upper burner burning in a burning failure state due to a large quantity of steam discharged from a cooking container, in a simple constitution effectively utilizing an original constitution.SOLUTION: When an operation control part W determines, in a state in which a lower burner 10 and an upper burner 11 are burned and heating of a cooking container is started, that a water retention state is established with a temperature of the cooking container detected by a temperature detection sensor 13 being a boiling determination temperature or lower upon time lapse from the heating start reaching a setting reference time predicting boiling of retained water in presuming the cooking container retained and fully filled with the water, the operation control part stops burning of the upper burner 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
