PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactive polysiloxane compound that is useful as a reforming agent of a surface condition of a film or a coating of a painting and a coating agent which form a film and a coating excellent in all of solvent resistance, water repellency, oil repellency, mold releasability, substrate adhesion, and soil resistance, and to provide a coating material composition including the compound.SOLUTION: There is provided a reactive polysiloxane compound which is represented by General Formula (1) and is a polysiloxane compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group on one terminal through two hydroxyurethane bonds. Especially a reactant of a polysiloxane compound that has an amino group on one terminal and bonds by a specific hydroxyurethane bonding with a compound having both an ethylenically unsaturated group and a five membered ring carbonate structure is provided, and a coating material composition including the polysiloxane compound as a reforming agent of a surface condition of a coating is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
