PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm issuing device capable of issuing an alarm to a well-operated terminal for a base without installing a camera or video inputting means.SOLUTION: An alarm issuing device includes: terminal specifying means that is disposed in a remote monitoring system and specifies a personal computer considered to be operated well, of a dedicated personal computer 18A and OA personal computers 18B-18N disposed in a base 17, on the basis of the use states of the dedicated personal computer 18A and OA personal computers 18B-18N; and alarm issuing processing means for issuing a predetermined alarm to the personal computer specified by the terminal specifying means, of the dedicated personal computer 18A and OA personal computers 18B-18N.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
