PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine which allows a lead wire to be easily drawn for a housing case for protecting a capacitor, and which has a structure that does not damage the lead wire.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes a housing case for protecting and housing a capacitor. The housing case has a configuration in which a peripheral wall of an upper case is formed so as to cover a peripheral wall of a lower case, and, when the upper case is placed on the lower case, the inside becomes a housing space for the capacitor, and it has an arc portion which is formed so as to notch a part of an edge at least on one edge of a lower edge of the peripheral wall in the upper case and an upper edge of the peripheral wall in the lower case, and has a gentle arc shape. The arc portion forms a lead hole through which the lead wire of the capacitor can pass, between itself and the opposing other edge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
