The present invention provides: a polyimide resin composition which is capable of forming a film that has mechanical strength, surface hardness and bending resistance at the same time in addition to heat resistance and transparency; a polyimide resin; a polyimide film; and a laminate. The present invention includes: a polyimide resin composition which contains silica fine particles and a polyimide resin that has a repeating unit represented by a specific structure at a specific ratio; the polyimide resin; a polyimide film; and a laminate.
