PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appearance inspection device, inspection condition setting device, appearance inspection method, appearance inspection program and computer readable recording medium and instrument recording the appearance inspection program that enhance convenience upon setting a threshold for a quality determination of an inspection object or adjusting an installation location of a sensor head part.SOLUTION: An inspection condition setting unit 2 comprises: identification information setting means 21a that sets identification information for identifying an image processing sensor unit 3; determination result information acquisition means 22a that acquires determination result information stored in each image processing unit 3 on the basis of the identification information set by the identification information setting means 21a; and display means 23a that displays an image of a work WK to be transmitted from the image processing unit 3.
