According to an embodiment of the present invention, an image printing apparatus comprises: a step of acquiring an original image of an image to be printed by the image printing apparatus; a step of calculating a modification value presenting color difference between the original image and an image expected to be printed by a result of a heat transfer for forming an image of the original image based on the acquired original image; a step of generating a correction image by correcting the original image based on the calculated modification value; and a step of displaying the generated correction image. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the purpose of the image printing apparatus is to correct image distortion of a printed image caused by a heat transfer to print a high quality image. |
