PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing, as an active ingredient, a colored-bean extract extracted from colored beans and a fraction thereof, for preventing and treating vascular diseases, and to provide an antithrombotic composition.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating vascular diseases through the inhibition of platelet aggregation, containing a colored-color extract extracted using a combination of water or a 5-25% (v/v) C-Calcohol and an organic acid, and a fraction thereof. The vascular diseases to be targeted are one or more selected from the group consisting of stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, anemia, and migraine. The antithrombotic composition of the present invention also contains a colored-bean extract extracted using a combination of water or 5-25% (v/v) C-Calcohol and an organic acid, or the fraction thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
