PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a capacitance-type power generator using a charged membrane that since it is constituted by stacking a substrate, a rotation body such as a balance-spring, an elastic body, and a substrate, the power generator becomes thick.SOLUTION: In a capacitance-type power generator having a substrate, and a rotation body rotating relatively to the substrate, an elastic body such as a balance-spring connected with the rotation body is arranged on the same plane as the rotation body in the center thereof, and the rotation body and elastic body are formed integrally, thus thinning and down-sizing the capacitance-type power generator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1(a) |
