PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface state control device and a road surface state control program that can grasp a road surface state accurately using a low-cost measurement device not high in accuracy.SOLUTION: When an information acquisition part 28 acquires information for road surface state analysis, a section association part 30 associates the information for road surface state analysis with a plurality of sections set for each predetermined distance. The information for road surface state analysis associated with each of the section is stored for each section in a storage region for each section set in a storage part 40 by the information accumulation part 32 and accumulated as daily data. An information selection part 34 selects information to be used for analysis from among a plural pieces of information for road surface state analysis accumulated for each section. An information analysis part 36 analyzes the information for road surface state analysis selected by the information selection part 34 and calculates a representative value of each piece of information on a result of road surface state analysis for each section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
