PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training machine which solves a problem of a conventional training machine executing only a specific exercise and does not generate a trouble in movement means or storage place even when used in a relatively narrow place such as a room in general housing.SOLUTION: The training machine is composed of: a pole-shaped main rod part erected vertically; a handle part extended in a right/left direction from an upper part of the main rod part; support arms arranged at predetermined intervals in a height direction of the main rod part and protruding from the main rod part; and an elastic member arranged on the support arm and having predetermined elasticity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
