PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tableware drying cabinet capable of sterilizing tableware which is used frequently during cooking in a short period of time and keeping the tableware in a clean state, every time the tableware is used.SOLUTION: A tableware drying cabinet 1 includes: a control unit 10 executing control for drying tableware 5, 6, 7 accommodated in a storage compartment 20; and an irradiation unit 12 irradiating a storage space 23 of the storage compartment 20 with UV rays. The control unit 10 executes individually two modes of: a drying mode drying the tableware in the storage compartment 20; and a sterilization-dedicated mode operating the irradiation unit 12 and irradiating the tableware 5, 6, 7 in the storage compartment 20 with the UV rays.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
