PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method that are capable of providing a mechanism of optimum data synchronization on the basis of a user's operation or a device state.SOLUTION: When a specified condition occurs in an image forming apparatus and if download of a setting value associated with the condition is requested to a setting value management apparatus, the requested setting value among setting values managed by the setting value management apparatus is downloaded to the image forming apparatus. Then, the image forming apparatus uses the setting value downloaded from the setting value management apparatus as the setting value associated with the condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
