PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of downsizing a light-emitting part (light source for lighting).SOLUTION: The lighting device includes: a light-emitting part 10, and an inverter circuit 20, which converts power provided from a commercial power supply 40 to AC power and output it to the light-emitting part 10. The light-emitting part 10 includes: a capacitive element 18; a rectification circuit 19, for rectifying AC power obtained through the capacitive element 18; and an LED 13a, for emitting light with power rectified by the rectification circuit 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
